Yeah, you will have to retime, but it shouldnt be too bad if nothing else is touched (3way collar, etc.). Probably just a little backblock/cocking arm adjustment and maybe a slight collar/hammer tune up.
To tell you the truth retiming after any major part install/replacement is a good idea just to play it safe.
