I've got a 2k2 Black Magic, anyone who tells you they're no good for speedball doesn't know what they're talking about. They're not as fast as most other guns on the field anymore, but they work just fine. I've been building custom cockers for friends for a while now, I just finished building an e-cocker for one of my more wealthy friends..I'm not a huge fan of e-cockers. My black magic's mech, if you want an electro, get another gun than a cocker, the mechanics of a cocker limit how fast it can cycle.

I can get about 7-8bps out of my mech, and that's more than enough for me, I've beat people with just about any kind of overpriced electro you can imagine, timmies, dm5's, a4's, etc..

Ok i have a autococker Tilogy, and holy it's accurate witch is what i want, and if you think they cant work in airball just because it cant shoot fast thats extremly dumb, i can shoot it 7-9 BPS with stock,only i cant walk for Crap, what ever i can still shoot it fast it may not shoot 17 BPS but you dont need to shoot fast to get people out,you just need to be accurate and good with guns and some other things i cant think of right now.

if u wanted a good mech u should of gotten a mag, cockers suck plain and simple although i actually think they can be more acurate then mags but they arent as fast and imo where i play 7-9 bps def aint close enough if u wanna stand a chance

ur joking right phanton, mags a slow plain and simply, cockers a fast, the e mag cannot compare to an ebladed cocker. nothing can beat closed bolt accuracy. u probably just one of those kids that doesnt know how to use a cocker so u think there crap.

cockers do NOT suck, and they never will.
You can have your $1500 DM5, and it wont make the least bit difference.
A cocker is fine for speedball, the extra range is a godsend if you need to drop a few shots on a backman to let him know you see him. Im not saying cockers are the best gun around, but skill is the deciding factor to any sport. I have seen the guys with their angels that think they're all high and mighty get taken down by a couple of kids with spyders. Sure the gun counts, you couldnt survive speedball shooting some brass eagle or somthing, but at a certain point, they all do the same thing: shoot paintballs
