Does anyone know what the advantages/disadvantages are to high/low dwell setting?

High dwells will make your gun use more gas per shot, but resulting in less ball breaks.

Low dwells will be less tolerant to paint, but you'l end up with more shots per bottle.

The dwell on my 05 speed is 9 (3 LED's from the bottom)

correct...on my 04 speed it is at 13 and i havnt yet broken or chopped a ball!!!

On the SPeed I had my dwell was set at 11. It ripped at a constant 15-17 bps all day long, no chops or breaks.
