I think he is innocent. They've been trying to get him for years and years without success. It seems kind of fishy that they would do all this right after he wins his 7th tour and retires. IMO it's just the Euros jealous that an american is better than their athletes...

I completely agree. I mean a lot of athletes reputations are based on how many goals/touchdowns they scored or how many homers they hit, but his story is different.
