speaking of tennis, my family has a long histroy of playin tennis...both parents, my moms dad played tennis so much he eventually died of skin cancer from bein out on the courts so much. one freind stopped ballin to play tennis :/

but if your gettin shoes that your gunna play tennis in, make sure they're actually tennis shoes, so you dont roll your ankle when you run all sideways like

I can't believe this thread has lived this long.....oh and tennis still rocks, everyone should go hit on a wall by yourself for an hour, you'll see what happens.

1 hours not that bad i used to do 2 hours twice a week 1 hour rallying, half hour game then last half hour running drills. after that u were pretty much dead and in the summer when its 90 degrees outside its hell
