like the title says, i need to send my ion somewhere to be fixed. i was istalling a qev, it was leaking and i thought it was the hose (turns out it wasn't) but pulled to hard and busted the bab on the noid. its still under warrenty and all but idk if this will be fixed any other way then just sending it to SP HQ in PA.

they are closed till monday and it takes about a week probally more since other people have to wait also and will end up sending in at the same time. i dont think i want to wait like 3 weeks to pb again, is there any other place that i can send it for a new board/noid replacement or something close to NJ, mayby a smart parts certified shop?

the thing is i don't want to end up paying for a new board at a shop if i can get a free rweplacement straight from SP minus the shipping $$. J/W

um call SP? and if they wont cover it send it off to one of the fireball mountain shops? im sure they're cerified

can't there phone is messed or somethin i guess cause they are closed for a week. i don't want to realy take it to a shop other wise they might screw me over and charge lik 150$ for a new board when i can get it replaced for free, minus shipping costs of course

where did you get the marker from. Normallt the store you get it from should cover you

try east coast? idk or just wait till sp opens again

is it even gonna be covered under the waruntee if not just take it to the local proshop

wow cant believe this thread is still being replied to.

anyway i have sent my ion in after they reopened. it cost me all of 12$ for shipping. they replaced the noid and fixed the pinched battery wires AND heres my favorite gave me a new battery. Didnt cost me anything but shipping one way. SP has great costomer service at least in my expirience. i called them to check the status of the repair and they were done the second day they got it it just needed to be proccessed. it took about 6 days turnaround time aincluding weekends which is great because i got to play that weekend and get my QEV installed. everything is working fine.

for anyone sending their gun to SP for repair, just be polite include a note and RMA with the gun/ part being fixed.
