guys, who cares, they're sueing everyone, get used to it. Sure it sucks, but they're going to keep sueing till there's noone left to sue.

Like it matters if they sue Kingman or Bob Long since both are bought just as much if not, more they would never run them out of business cause they have been around for quite a while ( especially Kingman ) and they'll never run out of business but I think Kingman would have a better chance of surviving a big hit anyways cause a Spyder is like everyones' first gun and if they did run brands like that out of business if people wanted to start paintball they'd be stuck with brass eagle, that or they could spend around $500-$1500 on their first gun so it doesn't matter much.

Yea but Kingman has been around for a long wile and everybody does buy them for there first gun.But everybody is buying the ion but i doubt they will any more cause Smartparts is sueing a lot of businesses for a lot of stupid reasones.

Kingman has already made a gun to compete with the ion it is the electra i think t shoots 30 bps cuase they put the rocking trigger grip on it and costs 265$ i think

well im still pisssed but hey what can i do about it? thats right! nutin........ but i have a b2k so if they do win the lawsuit my gun's value willl rise but freaking **** smartparts and **** the ion piece of plastic crap
