Many of us can remember when California regulated electricity prices like
that too, just a few years ago. Now that Democrat/Socialist-controlled
state is in near collapse, due to that Democrat/Socialist manipulation of
the Free Market......

But it's what Socialists and neo-Marxists ALWAYS want to do - control and
manipulate a formerly-free market. And the results are always the same -
human misery, suffering, and disaster.
