One of the HAARP uses described is an Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP)
weapon which gives an operator the same ability to wipe out electronic
circuits as a nuclear blast would provide.

The main difference is that this new technology is controllable, and
can be used without violating nuclear weapons treaties.

Other sections of the report then described HAARP microwave energy
levels that can make the following occur:

"Overheat and damage animal tissue."

"Possibly affect nervous system."

"Threshold for microwave hearing."

"Causes bit errors in unshielded computers."

"Burns out unprotected receiver diodes in antennas."

The effects are based on radio frequency radiation being pulsed
"between 10 and 100 pulses per second". The report confirmed that
non-thermal effects were being researched. These non-thermal effects
included damage to human health when the effects occurred "within
so-called modulation frequency windows (10 Hertz is one such window)
or power density windows".

The way these weapons work was clearly described when the report noted
their effect on machines:

"... a HAARP HPM (High Power Microwave) weapon employs a high power,
rapidly pulsating microwave beam that penetrates electronic
components. The pulsing action internally excites the components,
rapidly generating intense heat which causes them to fuse or melt,
thus destroying the circuit ... HPM (weapons) attack at the speed of
light thus making avoidance of the beam impossible, consequently
negating the advantage of weapon systems such as high velocity
tactical missiles."

In other words, with this kind of weapon there is no machine which
could get by this invisible wall of directed energy.

Let's see. The Meridian Lockheed Martin weapons and aerospace defence
assembly line factory workers are giving more blood than anywhere in
industrial USA, six times per year, giving GALLONS on a regular basis,
and then forced to sit and listen to quackery ETHICS lectures. How
much blood did former military man Douglas Williams contribute in his
decades of work slaving on the Meridian assembly line? I would
suggest he had chronic anaemia, as do several other of their employees
there in Ole Miss, given these gruesome blood statistics [recall the
Red Cross scandal after all the irreponsible squawking after 9-11,
when the pitches for blood donations resulted in millions of units
having to be destroyed due to egregiously extravagant over collecting
and soliciting, and the head of the Red Cross had to step down in
dishonor -- why is there a repetitive pattern here???].

A remote viewing receptor nanochip in Douglass Williams head, and the
constant barrage of vibratory microwave beam signal transmissions sent
to him on his brain wave frequency, added to his chronic loss of blood
from excessive donations, like a mortally hemorrahaging hospital
patient, no wonder he went ballistic. There will probably be many

QUESTION:

Why in the hell are assembly line factory workers in the
Mississippi--Alabama defense military industrial complex asked to
attend a tiresome ethics lecture, in the first place?

Something seems very remiss.

I would think with the Enron, Global Crossing [Global was partially
Pentagon owned, most people never knew the Joint Chiefs of Staff were
behind the scam/swindle], WorldCom, Halliburton, and other such CEOs
and middle managers stealing babies out of carriages right under the
noses of their mothers, and that those management and executive
schmoes are the bozos in dire need of dozens of ethics lectures, and
not 138 underpaid rural assembly line workers.


Why did Doug Williams flip out right in the stall of the ethics
lecture hurricane?

Suddenly he got a giant Mississippi cockroach up his ass. Does our
media even have a fucking ass to sit on in their utter incompetency
and complacency and fear and laziness? Cause and effect use to be
part of reporting, before it was dumbed down to ass kissing and
coiffures as routinely seen on FOX and CNN.

I would agree with the theorists and social critics who claim Doug
Williams was a victim of high tech HAARP type microwave Elf wave mind
reading programs done clandestinely by Army Intel and NSA, which buy
the weapons and classified technology from Lockheed Martin that Doug
Williams was manually assembling.

You can add to this list of remote viewing tragedies all the husbands
that went beserk at Fort Bragg, NC, Delta Force, who were in this same
synthetic telepathy program, who killed their wives brutally without
understanding why.

Ditto for the DC sniper, John Allen Muhammad, who served in the Middle
East and whose military history records are a bit dodgy and misfiled
of late.

Don't forget Emanuel Byrd Patterson, 23, who not so long ago murdered
five people standing around a temp agency, Labor Ready Inc., in
Huntsville, Al, which is a national outsourcing agency often used by
military and intelligence agencies.
