Bush Acknowledges Troops Face Danger

GABORONE, Botswana --

President Bush said today that U.S. occupation forces in Iraq face a
security problem, upgrading his public assessment of the threat as
American deaths continued to rise.

"There's no question we've got a security issue in Iraq," Bush said
during meetings with Botswana's president, Festus Mogae, on the third
stop of a five-country tour of sub-Saharan Africa.

"And we're going to have to deal with it person by person. We're going
to have to remain tough."

The president's words were a departure from the defiant challenge he
made to Iraqi militants on July 2.

"Bring 'em on," Bush said then of the people attacking U.S. troops in
Iraq, adding, "We've got plenty tough force there right now to make
sure the situation is secure."

"And we're going to have to deal with it person by person." Whatever
the hell that means. Now ya gotta admit the kid's really smart. I ask
ya, what other presidunce could've possibly guessed that the troops
face danger.

And now matter is turning sour...G.W. Bush asked *old Europe*
providing troops in order performing some *clean-up" work...for the
mess, deliberately created. Among the countries..Germany and France
who would indeed be in a position to provide troops...and *also
financial support*.

Positive answers...will require *UN specific mandate*...

BTW: When are the Polish troops moving in ?
