So you think doctors should not be held responcible for malpractice, that
this is somehow good for working people or anyone else? Why doesn't the GOP
get behind a Bill requiring the AMA to force the bad doctors out of the
profession? Why doesn't the GOP get behind making a doctor's malpractice
record easily available to the public so the consumer can indeed compare
doctors?

You are either disengenuous or deliberately silly, Ricky. No one is
talking about covering up a bad doctor's mistakes. All that is being
said is the pain and suffering money damages are out of control.
