Wait, that's not the sky, that's just rain. Rain is *supposed* to
come from the sky. Weather is variable, we don't get the same thing
all the time, and sometimes we get lots of severe rain.

I suppose if Kyoto passes, the climate will behave, and all that nasty
rain will stop falling.
