GIA Site HACKED by CIA?

Looks to me that the "GIA" web site which collects information on
GOVERNMENT officials (instead of data on private citizens, like the
Bush Regime and John Ashcroft's "TIP" program does) is being HACKED.

Google searches make it difficult to locate the site, and clicking
on it brings only long delays. One step asway is the following site,
where clicking on the sixth site listed SHOULD connect you.

(The Ryan McKinley and Chris CsikszentmihÃ¡lyi site).

Considering that this site was in the news this a.m. on google, I tend
to think that it's more likely that the site is simply over-burdened
with hits and their server can't go any faster.
