I would like to bring Senate Bill Bill S-1177 to your attention. It is an
effort to ensure that taxes are paid on tobacco purchases including those
obtained via the Internet, phone order, etc. This bill will close a
loophole that has allowed tax free tobacco sales which hurts State coffers.
Please contact your Senators and ask them to support S-1177.
