That may be the ( false ) perception, but the California's main
problems
were orchestrated by none other than Dick Cheney, Enron, Bush
and Texas based energy companies and it was also the previous
Republican governor, Pete Wilson, who ushered in the whole
Deregulation of Energy Companies era that made the
Cheney-Enron supply and profiteering fraud even possible.


Junior must be posting from the East Coast. Everyone here knows that the
recall was because Davis would not enforce Prop. 187 (the denying public
services to brown-skinned people proposition). That is, it was not the
bombshell of having a budget deficit from the federal government shoving its
welfare programs off onto the states but it was just a bunch congressmen who
want to play the racist card in overthrowing the our state government.
