Differences are obviously the different milling. Both the trigger and the trigger frame are the Star versions. (Came on the XSV and Nexus markers) Both the frame and the trigger are available separately.
Not much of a change at all really except for those. I like the Star trigger a little bit better than the stock Ego's trigger. (Similar to an E2) Not worth the extra $$$$ IMO.
