GREENFIELD

City Council OKs paintball gun limits

It will soon be illegal to shoot a paintball gun in Greenfield.

Tuesday the Greenfield City Council voted final approval of an amendment to
the city's firearms code to include paintball guns along with conventional
firearms, air guns and slingshots in the prohibition. Minors are prohibited
from possessing a paintball gun without adult supervision.

The ordinance, effective Nov. 5, came in response to juvenile drive-by
shootings and running gunbattles on city streets using paintball-shooting
weapons.

Dang it all there goes the neighborhood again. It is them darn
tourney players again!. No, it is them dang woodsballers!

Nope!!! it is them darn punks running around ruining it for everyone.
When will they grow up? Wait, I know when. It will be after they
have embarrassed the sport and themselves (if they even care) and
after their has been enough laws passed to make it difficult for one
to actually enjoy the sport as it was meant to be. Then again they
may actually never grow up mentally, just what they physically call
grown-up.

we knew it would come to that. it's a sick shame that idiots like that,
running around recklessly/randomly shooting. damaging property and
injuring people causes local government to put limits and restrictions
on the rest of us. all of this looks real good to prospective players.
sitting home watching the news seeing lugnuts out carelessly popping of
in neighborhoods. they think all of are like that. now that cali has
passed something like that, it will come easy for other states to
follow.
