Does anyone know anything about the Zap Markers? I have a cousin and she is
looking at getting a marker, this will be her first marker. She is looking
at one of the EZS 600's (I think that was the name she gave me), while the
marker looks ok on the Net, does anyone know how it performs( duribility,
shot accuracy, cleaning, repairs)? And Also i am looking for information on
a marker called a 'Bruiser' for my cousins boyfriend. I need schematics for
his marker, as someone took it apart and now he has a bunch of pieces rather
than a PB Marker. Anyhelp will be useful,

Thanks.

As far as I know, both are basic Spyder clones. Try the Kingman website for a
basic manual.

I would recommend looking at a Piranha or Spyder if the Zap is a polymer
body. If it is indeed the ZXS600 it looks about the same as any other
blowback and will probably function the same. There aren't a lot of
differences among the blowbacks, except that some are more prevalent (parts
are easier to find) and have better QC. A feature equivalent Piranha or
Spyder is probably a more reliable choice that will be relatively easy to
maintain. The M3 Black Dragun seems to be a good choice in the low price
range as well.

The Bruizer is a bit of an orphan. It can be ok, but I have seen at least
one with a feed tube that was welded on a little bit off center. As a
result, it chopped like crazy. I ground away metal inside the power feed to
get the paintballs to drop in cleanly. Cleaning and performance will be
pretty much the same on any blowback and function is essentially the same,
so a Spyder, Piranha or M3 Dragun schematic should give you enough guidance
to get the thing together.

Thanks Jose, I have down loaded some schematics for the Spyders. I concider
myself lucky to have found this place. Y'all have been very helpful in
getting me info. I am kind like a shade tree airsmith of our group, well one
of the shade tree airsmiths. Thanks again.

I have a zap marker. It is not a blow back. Unfortunately, I like my talon
better. In other words, the Zap that I have is absolute junk!

My field used to have close relationship with Zap, and got a good deal
on all of their products. We were uniformly unimpressed with all of
their marker offerings.

Sorry I can't be more specific. It's been a while, so I don't
remember the details, but no-one was really impressed with the
build quality of their Zap hardware.
