Got Angel IR3 palm tech version?

I was just wondering if anyone can get their hands on a tech version
of the IR3 Palm software and post it somewhere. I have had enough
with asking WDP to unlock the IR3, along with numerous other people.

No one needs to know who posts it. It can ben anonymous on here or
any other place on the WEB. If you can get your hands on it, I am
begging you to please post it.

The tech software cannot unlock the gun. This has to be done at the
factory. All of the palms at my dads shop have the MASTER software on
them but they are still limited at what they can do.
