Ya know, for someone who doesn't like conflict in this newsgroup you sure
seem to throw the UN-NECESSARY remarks out like a bad flight plan!

First of all, and not that it's really any of your business, I did not shoot
it IN THE DIRECTION of the dog. She runs at the SOUND of the gun.

Secondly, I was bein silly to begin with.

I'm sure at one time or another you have experimented with different
objects. If not, good for you. But I don't feel the sarcastic reminder below

The best thing to do, I've found, is to mentally add a ":-)" to every
message on here. It makes the whole experience more enjoyable. See, with
maybe one or two exceptions, nobody here is actually *mean* or just purely
malicious for the sake of being a prick. We're basically a bunch of upright
guys and gals, from different walks of life and different economic sectors
and even different countries, that you wouldn't mind sharing a beer with.
The benefit of the doubt should be given more frequently here.

(On the other hand, there's nothing like watching a good catfight now and
again. As long as nobody gets hurt. )

Actually, it was. People do all sorts of stupid shit with paintball guns,
and we, as ambassadors of our sport, must do everything we can to prevent
these things from happening, even if the person is only kidding about it.
