Hmm... Let me see here...

BE Blade-02; Dangerous as it can crack and explode the cartridge
(unconfirmed)
BE Talon Ghost; Cocking is tough, velocity sucks

*grabs the Triad and fires a few* OMG!!!

Alright so I'm going a little overboard, hehe.... but here's what I have to
say about it.

Accuracy doesn't seem to be one of Paintball's priorities, but I really like
the way the Triad handles. Out of 25 shots, only 2 were lost... (I think
MAYBE it was the glare off the snow in my backyard hehe "I LOST IT IN THE
SUN!") But otherwise it's pretty precise with about a 10-16 inch leeway
(visual estimate 30-35 feet away)

Velocity is left to be decided as I tried using the adjustment screw and
didn't really see or feel a difference... maybe I need an on barrel chrono
*shrugs*. It seems much more powerful than any 12 gram 20 shooter hehe.

Balancing is actually kind of tough if you've never handled a rear-mounted
tank... a full hopper seems to balance it out, but putting only 20 shots in
it I still had to push on it awkwardly to "aim" it. (6 were manually loaded
3 at a time through the port without the hopper, and one shot forced another
out that hole and it fell and broke)

No broken paint out of 25 shots... no paint AT ALL in the barrel after
sqeegeeing (is that a word? LOL) it.

The Triad is actually a Triton II facsimile (as confirmed by a
viewloader.com rep). Top loader, with no sight mount... so aiming it becomes
a guessing game... looking down the side of the barrel is pretty much all
you can do... of course in a game of speed-ball you don't seem to be worried
about precision in aiming. Also handling it like a machine gun (using the
tank as a "stock") concerns me as I do not want to mess up the adapter mount
on the bottom... is this concern warranted or is it pretty sturdy?

BOTTOM LINE: "More power aargh aargh aaaarrrr!" (Tim Allen Grunt)

I like this gun. It's a keeper

Actually accuracy is a priority... Here's my suggestion Sgt. stop giving
reviews when you know nothing about the sport. Pick up an autococker or an
old Shocker, Closed bolt design, and tell me paintball doesn't have accuracy
as a priority. Now reviewing how your gun handled is fine but don't try to
analyze the whole paintball world. In reality your holding on to the little
end of a BIG BIG BIG stick. Try taking a look way down at the other end of
ths stick first before talking...... oh and your Triad...Sucks.....Also you
probably bought POS BE balls at walmart to. Those suck to. Its funny
because at our field we allow people to bring their gear an play, but if its
a BE product it doesn't make it onto the field.... QUALITY is lacking thats
why. And yes low end VL products are the same as BE products.....Show up
with a stingray, not on our field, show up with a BE mask...not on our
field. Now before you start saying, WELL WTF WHAT IF THATS ALL THEY COULD
AFFORD........ Its not like that. We do not make the person rent a new gun
but instead we let them use a Tippkmann A5 for free, along with a Vforce
mask... After using that they ALWAYS end up getting a new gun..... Its taht
simple.. You pay for what you get. If you spend a little youll get a
little, and if you buy pball gear from Walmart, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU PAY,
you will still have crap....Why would you buy a paintball gun from a store
that sells produce?????

Don't buy an on barrel chrono! They won't live long. You do however, need to
invest in a good chrono if you're not going to play at a real field.
Otherwise, you could shoot hard enough to injure somebody.

The ASA on most guns and on all tanks is very strong. I've fallen on mine
many times and it's still fine.

You shouldn't make displays of newbie knowledge and myths when trying to talk
down to
a newbie. We don't let mikey get away with it and we're not going to let you get
away with it either.

Closed bolt markers have been proven to be NO more accurate than open bolt
markers (they also
don't shoot further). Official industry accepted tests have been done to prove
this. The only people
who cling to the belief that closed is better seems to be cocker owners who are
desperately grasping
at reasons for why their expensive over aftermarket accessories
pneumatically-cocked pump guns are
so damned expensive. Its all about the gnomes ya know!

Obviously not a field interested in surviving as a profitable business, in other
words, an outlaw
field. So your field rules really don't count for the rest of the paintball
world. Profit interested fields
don't turn away players who make up the majority of players just because of the
guns they own. Also BE
masks are usually better made than anyone elses.

Vforce masks are made by Leader. The same leader which previously made BE masks.
Since the JT buyout BE
has a higher quality source for masks. Leader had a lot of manufacturing
capability going to waste so that's where
the Vforce brand name came in. Also they're selling several old BE designs again
including the old Extreme Vision 280
mask and the MaxxVision 260 masks (one upside is the lenses are being supported
again).

Nice of you to let them use an A-5 but all you're really doing is showing
contempt and a lack of respect for them
and what they chose to buy/own.
