Is there such thing as a Surefire 6P tactical light mount for the
Tippmann 98?

Thanks in advance. For reference, this is the Surefire 6P:

.... yet, it gets the job done. Not a bad idea; I'm still open to
additional suggestions though.

Go to a local gun store and buy a Weaver sight rail intended for use on a
shotgun. Then drill and tap two holes on the receiver to mount the rail.
