Ok so the new rumor is that the marker has ben scrapped....that they've
incorporated some of the design innovations and features into the shocker...

Anybody hear this or other rumors?

Maybe ICD pointed out in the settlement that the impulse is basically ripoff
of the Bushmaster 2k design and that if SP wanted to not lose a patent challenge
in court they
should settle and drop a future gun design that also would be copying a ICD
design.

Ok, Mikie. Are you stupid or just prefer to lie about the B2K? How many
times now have people on the NG reminded you that the Bushmaster came out
BEFORE the Impulse? The Shocker was the first mass produced
electro-pneumatic and it was NOTHING like the B2K. The Impulse is the
blatant ripoff.

How exactly is the B2k a rip off of the impulse? The B2k appeared BEFORE the
impulse
and the impulse ripped off its single-solenoid design (which was used by ICD to
differentiate
itself from the Shocker which was a dual-solenoid gun).

The shocker is such a piece of shit that no one would want to copy anything
about it.

Even the current shocker isn't that great. Everyone talks about it being
really quite, but it is louder then my speed angel.
