There is alot more to the NPS/ Diablo Direct thing than meets the eye. DD was
the sole distributor or Pro-Caps paint(for the most part) When NPS bought them
they raised the amount of paint that Pro-Caps makes and sells ten-fold.
Richmond, etc did pretty well on the deal.

People forget that the NXL isn't just Richmond, it's NPS, Jerry Braun, Paul
Sattler, DYE, Smart Parts, Renick Miller, etc. Jerry, NPS and the Smart Parts
Lawyers alone frighten me, couple that with Ren's ability to "do things the old
fashioned Chicago way" and it's lights out.
