Now, while I am of mixed emotions on this particular case, I do have to
say that this line is something I strongly disagree with. It is also the
very argument that has prevented kids who are being constantly picked on
and abused from having any hope of things changing.

As long as we treat bullying as 'kids being kids', things will never get
better. Personally, I hope more kids who are being picked on stand up
for themselves in any way they can. Maybe a few more funerals will get
adults to start thinking about why they let kids be treated this way. :P

Which, in many ways, make me support the kids parents. They are trying
to help in some way. It's better than the kid taking a shotgun and
getting his own revenge.

OK, be fair about it, then. Don't charge a monetary sum. Make the
families involved pay for all his therapy and to go to a good private

Well said Jose. What it boils down to is if the kid had any balls at all,
he could suck it up and take his licks. If it was something that could be
soooo embarrasing for him then why in the hell did he put it on tape? As
far as I'm concerned if he was dumb enough to put it on tape then he has no
one to blame but himself for the embarrasment. Of course the American Way
these days is to blame someone else and get yourself a lawyer. Evidently it
extends to Canada as well.

You've never heard of such a thing, have you? The guy recorded it HIMSELF.
He got EXTREMELY unlucky that his friends found it, and posted what was
obviously humorous to the internet. Big fucking deal. So the guy has
friends that laugh at him, so what. That's what friends do to one another.
Even if they were his worst enemies at his school, the clip itself was
absurdly hilarious, it's not like the clip wasn't funny, like it showed the
guy getting run over by a car or something. He was acting retarded and
taping it... WOW! Sooooo not a big deal!

I'm glad you're never going to raise any kids, because if you ever did,
those kids wouldn't have any fucking balls. They'd go whining off to mommy
whenever something raised their hackles. Of course, they couldn't run to
you, because you don't have any fucking balls either.

Unless, of course, you were joking in this post. In which case, it wasn't
very funny, and you need to work on your delivery.
