alright best teams. these are just my favorite pro teams:
1. ultimate, cuz there local and there really cool guys, and they pwn 2. xsv, cuz they just look so good, lol, also a great team 3. assassins, very strong team and bob coaches them

1.boston red legion(russian legion)- cuz you really gotta give it up to these guys commin all the way fron russia to play these events and winning,thats gotta be really hard,and for their serious dedication to the sport,they have 2 practice sessions 5 days a week then all the traveling they do ....thats some serious love 2.infamous-just cuz lasoya and gator are the shiznat 3.baltimore trauma-cuz i grew up in and around baltimore and its cool that they took that name |

off topic but how do u guys know about all the teams and stuff are they on TV do u fly some where to watch them how do u learn about all the Teams and know all there names cuz i would like to go see some tourny some time wether it's on Tv or real life. . .

mostly magazines, some internet where u can watch events and stuff, but in magazines they do bios and what the teams good at and tell u about there players, its cool, some ppl just know the ppl locally like a team may practice at your field, like for instance u may live in cal. and dynasty may play at the field u play at.
