The following rules will be added to the 2005 rule book and will be enforced accordingly. Rule 21.09 was voted on and changed at the rules committee meeting in Huntington Beach March 17 th. The 21.09 rule reads as follows. 21.09 12 Game Suspension. The team and player will receive a twelve game suspension, team receives a minus 100 points, opposing team receives a forfeiture points if any player on its team violates rules 6.01, 6.02, 6.03 or 6.05. (We change rule 6.04 and 6.05 to 12 game suspension instead of Disqualification) The Rules committee voted on and approved the addition to rule 23.01 Seeding. This rule will be in effect immediately. 23.01 Professional Pro Teams will choose a City name to be associated with there current team name. A Professional Team can not share the same City name as another Professional Team. (For the 2005 season City Team names will be determined based on the 2004 overall team rankings) Next rules committee meeting will be held in Tampa Bay May 12 th. Teams attending Tampa Bay must be present at the Captains meeting scheduled for 6pm at the Holiday Inn. (See press release) All questions and new rules will be discussed at the Captains Meeting. -bum |
