Musashi 3 DM5 and DM4 Chip

The next step in the evolution of the Musashi software adds multiple fire modes to ensure that your marker is legal in any tournament series. Standard features include unlimited rate of fire semi automatic (just like the original Musashi), capped semi automatic, and a new modified NXL/PSP mode.

Musashi 3 DM4/5 Chip Manual



The chip includes all of the base Musashi code so it effectively works exactly like the original musashi DM4/5 chip, but adds the extra firing modes for tournament play.

Switching between modes and setting Max rate of fire is performed essentially the same way parameters such as dwell were set on the original musashi chip, by entering programming mode and switching led colors that denote settings, and then pulling the trigger to set the desired parameter.

Also for all those with the original Musashi DM4/5 chip you can get your software upgraded to the new M3 code:

All Musashi DM5 chips, Tadao 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0 Matrix boards, and Dynasty Shocker boards will be able to be upgraded to the new Musashi 3 software after January 20.

Tadao DM4 chips cannot be upgraded because the Musashi 3 software is too large to fit on the chip.

More information will be posted about each product's upgrade procedure soon. All software upgrades are free at any NPPL or PSP event.

As stated above Tadao DM4 chips are not eligible for the upgrade and information regarding the upgrade has yet to be released, keep checking Tadao's site for further information:
