ok heres my problem,for some reason me comp wont let me upload anything on to the net ,pics, avatars and will only sometimes let me do it through aim and it also wont let me post large threads on some sites,does anybody have a clue of why this is cuz its really pissin me off

1.) your isp limits your bandwidth maybe? 2.) your firewall/security settings are too high? 3.) the evil monkeys broke yo computer on thier search for evil banannas :0
