aside from the obvious ones like the jesus channel? Like popular ones i'm guessing...
-Wonder Showzen(MTV) -Dr. Phil(Basically all talk shows...like Oprah, Tony Danza and stuff like that) I can't think of many, but those are ones that stand out.

 the 360- some gay dancing show on mtv ( i think? ) craft corner deathmatch- old fat women make crafts in some arena with a time limit. its really dumb. on hgtv i think. it was on tv when i came downstairs, and i almost vomited it was so bad. it would be better if the loser actually died, like the name inmplies.......

Ah yes Simpsons are a must see, then again so is Family Guy and American dad on Sunday nights. But that is off topic, yet another horrible TV show that I have watched reciently is the OC but that's because I hate drama tv like that.
