I support Bush with regard to the war because if we didn't go to war now we would have had to go later...and later isn't good. Also I think its good to have a conservative president.

what do you mean thousands of people being murdered? are you reffereing to the so called "secret police" that saddam had? i agree he was a horrible ruler and should have been taken out of power. but there were other ways to do it. and even if we chose the "invasion" method, saddam is a bad ruler is not enough for most people to approve of a war. I would have supported the war right now more if we went there for that reason, not these WMD's that have seemed to slip away, or links to AlQaeda that, oh no!, dont exsist.

In Syria Muslims and Christians are protesting together in the streats for democracy... in Egpyt the same sort of stuff is happening... the Middle Eastern people have seen this and efforts will only get larger... if a country has a stabalized democratic government it will be able to control terrorism in its own country... while many dictarorships harbor terrorists... thats why we are still in iraq... and thats why its a war to end terror

no he is not the best president since reagan. and by what you said, we put troops in Iraq because it wasnt stabilized from when we invaded? so the reason for us being there was created after we got there. interesting...

wow... they couldnt even fly planes in their own country, not much of an immeadiate threat to us. they would not have attacked us if we had not gone there, contrary to popular belief. only threat would be if they were supporting terrorist networks like AlQaeda, but they werent.

i agree. they are the biggest threat right now. Its not that they would directly launch weapons at us, its that they could sell them to terrrorists. Then we could have a nuke in our own country!

BOTTOMLINE: We should not be in Iraq, Bush made some bad choices and lied so he should apoligize and put it behind us (but he wont), we should be in Afghanistan still looking for osama and others ( even though AlQaeda is pretty weak right now) , we should be concentrating on other areas like North Korea, and maybe Saudi Arabia???(where Osama BinLaden, and most terrorists, are from)

Id say bush was an OK president until the whole Iraq thing. Then i lost all respect for him. He lied to me and it hurt my feelings...

By the way, im not even democratic, im independent
