To answer your questions above:

The other skins will be added as soon as we can get to them. Because of the abount of modifications going on, it is useless to create new skins as each must be coded with the modifications / hacks. Once all of the modifications are complete, new skins can be made.

Arcade? Edge, take a look in your navbar. I have brought back the arcade and added hundreds of games! :)

The smiley face bar...Have to investigate that as it may be disabled by the site owner, or simply hasn't been implimented into the current skin. I will check on this.
