I'm wearing some Nike Soccer cleats as of now(I play on slippery grass fields so they're good for running)

I wear some Adidas baseball cleats on dirt and grass, for Astroturf I use some cheap walmart shoes that have Hella traction.

I think that they work about the same, it's just personal preference. I personally use the baseball one's because they have more traction on the toe of the shoe, and I usually run on my toes.
