Re-lube the bolt, and check for any cut, dirty, and damages o-rings and replace them. If the problem still stays, take an allen and push the bolt forward to give it sort of a "kick start" and if it STILL has the problem...
Check the ASA make sure ur not burying the on/off knob!!!!
Check the Hyper2 make sure all is how it should be
Change the battery
Sounds mainly like a broken o-ring or sticky bolt
