Reball was not meant to be used for normal play. It was made so that practicing would be cheaper. And yes, you would need an indoor field to play with it. My friend has reball and he uses it in his basement and backyard. Remember that you don't need to be shooting 380fps to practice. He shoots extremely low and they don't go far, so they are all in the same small area. Overall, Reball is just a great way to practice extremely cheap. Also, if you think about it, you are buying these new paintball markers for $1250. Have you ever thought you were paying a lot for that, and has the amount ever stopped you from buying it? You can find a great marker for far less and still just as good and sometimes better, and then have money left over to buy reball. Reball truly isn't that expensive, even up front. Yes it can seem pricey but didn't a lot of you just spend a ton of money on a marker you don't actually need to play paintball?
