Make sure your gun is in tune before you start trouble shooting. This will eliminate the obvious issues like an incorrect snapring setting or bad LPR. We will assume that you have already tested your air system on another gun to eliminate it from the troubshooting chain and you are using good paint.

*Make sure your bolt fits the breech correctly. It should move freely and you should not see excessive breech or bolt wear.
*Take your bolt out and look for excessive grooves at the point the ball detent makes contact with the bolt. If you see this remove the ball detent and re-install finger tight. If the bolt is still coming on contact with the bolt add another o-ring. This is the same one used as the breech seal.
*Remove the RAM and check to see if it drags or feels rough as you slide the hammer back and fourth.
*Make sure that the hammer is loctited onto the RAM shaft. You should not be able to turn the hammer freely.
*Check the bolt pin slot on the hammer for excessive wear in the groove. This could be a sign that the bolt pin is a bit long or has been manufactured incorrectly. A common problem with aftermarket bolts.
*Remove exhaust valve and check the stem for excessive wear marks. If some are found, remove the entire valve guide and insert the stem to check for any binding or rough spots. If this is found simply replace the parts with those that have been test-fit prior to install.
*Remove and disassemble minireg. Check for dirt and debris in the air path. Make sure that the tiny seal on the adjuster piston does not have any nicks or marks where it comes in contact with the large piston. Clean, regrease and reassemble.
After Troubleshooting if the problem persists contact a professional.
