If you can't pay your utilities and you are truly disabled and can't work
because of your foot injury, hobble yourself down to your local social
services office and ask for a grant. Then go down to the YMCA, Volunteers
of America or St. Vincent De Paul and tell them you need help. Its easier
than moving.
