The item you're looking for is a 12 gram adapter. It screws into the place
where your tank would normally go, and has all the stuff inside it to run
your gun off 12 grams.

Those little 12 grams ARE completely sealed, and the 12 gram adapter
contains a puncture pin that opens the end when you twist a knob down on the
12 gram. Then, a seal around the neck of the 12 gram prevents the gas from
escaping, and the end of the adapter keeps the pressure on til you run out.
Then, you unscrew your adapter, take out the old 12 gram, and put in another
12 gram. The adapters run anywhere in the 15-30 dollar range for a decent
one.

A word of warning. Before you get all gung-ho about running your semi-auto
on 12 gram powerlets, you should know that a 12 gram generally contains
about enough air for 10 decently fast semi-auto shots before it sputters
out. 12 grams are more intended for pump action guns or other small
paintball guns, not the big guns.

Also, 12 gram powerlets, as a regularly used power source, are HEINOUSLY
expensive. If you wanted to shoot only 100 balls in a game, you'd require
about 10 powerlets at 50 cents a pop. That's 5 bucks in CO2 alone.
Remember that you're going to be shooting CASES of paint, imagine how much
that would cost(here's a hint: 100 bucks in CO2 to shoot a case). I'd go
get your 12oz tank filled if I were you.
