I have used the GXE for 8 months
Strenghts: great accuracy, nice rate of fire, great stock trigger, great tech support
weakness: heavy, no clamping feed neck, settings done on computer
Review: The GXE by ANS is a race frame powered marker. The grip settings need to be designed on your computer or palm pilot then uploaded into the gun. This makes tinkering for the perfect setting a little difficult as you have to set the marker up fire it then plug it back in to the media source change settings then re-try. Once the settings are done right however the gun shoots lasers. It has the amazing accuracy of autocockers and the speed of any gun out there. The Gen x2 reg and jackhammer LPR are amazing. They are externally adjusted with NO tools and the rechanrge rate it outstanding. The marker is very and I mean very heavy. This would be a backman's marker. There is no clamping feedneck, which is kinda annoying but the milling makes up for it, as the gun looks hot. The trigger is very similar to the samuri and is very easy to walk. The marker is balanced well and with the drop forward the profile isn't that bad for a big marker.
Overall I would give this marker an 8. The RIP softeware for the grip is a little annoying but usalble. The ANS tech service was awsome and very helpful.
